Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote- US based)

Post Summary
Healthcare cybersecurity directly impacts patient safety, and we’re building the AI-powered platform that protects it.
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems that shape how healthcare organizations manage risk. You’ll join a fully remote team where engineers are trusted partners in product strategy, shipping production code every two weeks with real autonomy to drive product decisions and architectural choices from day one.
We value ownership, responsible urgency, and continuous improvement. If you share these principles and want to push technological boundaries while building something that truly matters for patient safety, we'd love to talk.
What You’ll Do
Lead Feature Development: Refine requirements, author technical plans, scope and estimate work, delegate tasks, identify risks early, and own successful delivery.
Design Systems and Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable services and data models. Balance long-term vision with practical constraints, and document decisions that enable the team to implement and evolve confidently.
Champion Technical Excellence: Improve code quality through testing, refactoring, and disciplined technical debt management. Continuously raise the bar on security, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Product, Design, and QA to understand customer workflows, refine requirements, and review test plans. Embrace feedback, support teammates, and foster a culture of transparency and learning.
Drive Innovation: Explore ways to integrate AI into both your workflows and our product. Drive proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate feasibility and value, and share tools, techniques, and learnings with the team.
Relentlessly Improve: Maintain a perpetual learner’s mindset—seeking out new tools, techniques, and domain knowledge. Continuously improve architecture, tooling, and processes to make the team faster, more reliable, and more effective.
