Participants complete two enterprise assessments and a streamlined organizational questionnaire in Censinet RiskOps:

Evaluate cybersecurity maturity across NIST CSF 2.0 functions and identify opportunities to strengthen resilience.
NIST AI Risk Management Framework
Assess how your organization governs, managages, measures, and monitors AI risk using the NIST AI RMF.
Organizational Metrics
Capture program data on structure, staffing, investment, ownership, and performance; selected fields are optional.

The study is open to qualified hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks. You do not need to be an existing Censinet customer. After you submit the form, the Censinet team will confirm your organization’s eligibility and provide next steps for accessing the study.

Individual organization responses are never shared. Study findings are reported externally only in anonymized, aggregated form. Peer comparisons are displayed only when sufficient data is available for the selected comparison group.
