Cambrey Ware is a healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading growth, organizational transformation, and market innovation across the healthcare ecosystem. As Chief Commercial Officer at Censinet, she shapes the company’s growth strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial operations. Prior to joining Censinet, Cambrey served as Chief Revenue Officer at Protenus, where she led the company’s commercial organization and strategic partnerships. During her tenure, she implemented a unified growth strategy that aligned commercial execution with long-term business objectives and helped position the company for its successful acquisition by Bluesight, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company. She previously served as Chief Growth Officer at Lirio and as National Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships at Staywell, contributing to the company’s growth and eventual acquisition by WebMD.

Earlier in her career, Cambrey spent nearly a decade at HealthStream, where she held leadership roles focused on accelerating growth, developing talent, and expanding market presence. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, guided organizations through periods of transformation, and helped companies scale from emerging growth stages to successful strategic outcomes.

Cambrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jacksonville State University and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Tennessee. She was recognized as a Haslam Healthcare Distinguished Fellow by the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, reflecting her contributions to healthcare leadership and innovation. She also serves as an advisor to the University of Tennessee Digital Marketing Program and is a member of Chief, the largest network of senior women executives in the United States.
