We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own relationships with a portfolio of healthcare customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the Censinet platform. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion while championing the customer voice across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Lead success planning and business reviews to deliver measurable outcomes
- Partner with sales on renewals and expansion opportunities
- Create advocates by helping customers achieve meaningful results
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to improve the customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, ideally in healthcare SaaS
- Proven success driving adoption, retention, and expansion in a subscription model
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with executive presence
- Experience leading QBRs, success planning, and proactive account management
- Collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for healthcare
